I spend most of the year talking up the Blue Ridge Mountains… then October hits and I somehow end up at the beach… again. 😂

So let’s settle this:

If you’re taking a fall getaway, where are you going?

🍂 Mountains
🌊 Beach

I’ll be over here pretending I don’t already have a favorite. 😎

Well… apparently 50 is here. 👊🏼🎉

They say it’s officially fall, but I’m not quite ready to trade sunshine and saltwater for pumpkins just yet.

So while everybody else is breaking out the flannels, I’ve got a little beach time coming up at our home away from home the end of the week to celebrate the big 5-0 the right way. 😎🌊

50 years. A whole lot of life lived, lessons learned, kids raised, houses sold, people met, and plenty more still ahead.

I’m grateful for the people I get to do life and business with — especially grateful for a team I can trust to keep things moving and take care of our clients while I sneak away for a few days. If you hear them say I’ll be gone for 6 months, don’t worry, they’re just exaggerating 😂

Looking forward to seeing what this next chapter brings.

But first… the beach is calling. 🏖️

Today’s agenda: Networking in Real Estate.

Got to spend some time pouring into other agents today, sharing some of what I’ve done in my own business to build it to what it is today, along with some of the things I’ve learned along the way.

This is one of the things I love most about what we’ve built and are continuing to build here. We have the opportunity to share our knowledge, learn from each other, help each other grow, and clap for each other’s successes.

Cooperation, not competition. 👏🏻

This is what we mean when we say KW Salem Professionals is a family.

Good agents don’t just build their own business — they help build up the people around them, too. 👊🏼

🏡 FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS… I have one request: keep sending me those Zillow links. 😂

Buying your first home can feel a little like your first ride on a Harley—exciting, maybe a little intimidating, and a whole lot better when you have someone experienced helping you navigate the road ahead. 🏍️🔑

I'm not there just to unlock the front door. I'm there to dig into the details you may not see online, help determine what a home is actually worth, build a smart offer strategy, and walk beside you through price, terms, inspections, appraisal, negotiations, and all the way to closing.

For me, real estate has always been about people before transactions. I believe in treating people right, serving others well, and trusting God to guide the journey—and I bring those values into every client relationship.

So go ahead… keep scrolling Zillow. 👀 When you find THE ONE, send it my way. You don’t have to know everything about buying your first home. You just need the right person in your corner.
