Cornerstone Property Management services the Roanoke, Vinton, and Salem areas for folks that have investment properties. We specialize in providing people with nice quality housing whether it's multifamily or single family. We treat our Residents (Tenants) with respect and usually have outstanding relationships with them which is a very different approach from most (or all) of our competitors. We

are a complete property management company. We do it all from advertising vacancies, to thoroughly screening people with background checks, to finding the best qualified individuals to rent your units. We have a well trained and highly qualified staff to operate with a high level of excellence. We use a system called Appfolio to help us manage your portfolio. In our strong opinion, Appfolio is by far the best managment software to manage properties. Our Residents do everything from filling out the application to paying rent thru their portal. Our Owners can get real time income statements as well as much more thru the owner portal. During the recent Covid Pandemic and the Governments rent moritorium, we really haven't missed a beat due to our screening as well as other adjustments we have made. Many Property Management Companies can give you a return on your investment, but in the long run, you are left with units that haven't been kept in reasonable shape.
