What an honor it was to represent both the buyer and sellers on this very special home. ❤️

If these walls could talk, I can only imagine the stories they would tell. At over 100 years old, this home has seen generations grow, countless holidays and Sunday dinners, changing times, lots of laughter and, most importantly, a whole lot of love.

For the majority of those years, it belonged to the Lewis family—where they raised their children, hosted gatherings, welcomed grandchildren and made a lifetime of memories. A home like this is so much more than walls and a roof… it holds pieces of the people who loved it. ❤️

Now the keys have been passed on to begin another beautiful chapter. 🔑 the new owner is moving from South Carolina to Kentucky to be closer to her family, and I can’t think of a sweeter reason to call the mountains home. ⛰️

Congratulations, Kristie Crum & Scott Lewis, on the sale of your parents’ homeplace. I know this one is bittersweet, and I’m so thankful you trusted me to be part of it.

And welcome to Kentucky, Phyllis! 💙 We’re so happy to have you and hope this beautiful old home holds many more years of family, laughter and memories.
