A huge congratulations to my buyers on their BEAUTIFUL new home! Not only does it have enough room for the whole family to spread out and make memories, but it even came with a catio for their furry friends 🐈 I mean honestly… it doesn’t get much more purrrfect than that!

Good Morning & Happy Monday, friends ☀️

April came in HOT and stayed that way — full of listings, showings, and closings… oh my! So busy I’m playing a little catch-up over here, but my heart is FULL.

One closing brought the sweetest family HOME. When I say we searched high and low for the perfect place in just the right location, I mean it — and the moment we walked into that gem in Virgie, we all just knew… this was “the one.” 🏡

Another one hit close to the heart — a family I love dearly said goodbye to the Bluegrass State and hello to North Carolina, where their babies and grandbabies are. Home truly is where your heart is, and theirs is waiting for them there 💛

And over in Shelbiana, a new chapter is beginning with a little elbow grease, big dreams, and a whole lot of vision. There’s just something special about turning a house into a home.

If these walls could talk, the stories they would tell. This beautiful home on Perry St. has been part of Pikeville history since the 1940s. It welcomed its very first family who built the very first in-ground pool—a place where laughter echoed from summer parties, music drifted through warm evenings, and neighbors gathered under twinkling stars.

Over the years, it has been so many things to so many people. A place where families shared Sunday dinners around the table, where someone once lived their best bachelor life, and where a passionate dance instructor dreamed up new routines while preparing students for the stage. It’s held celebrations, quiet mornings with coffee on the porch, late-night talks in the kitchen, and all the little moments that truly make a house a home.

Now it’s time for a brand new chapter.

Goodbye Perry St. 👋 and congratulations to The Owen family as you close this chapter and begin a new adventure!

And a big Pikeville welcome to The Stumps on their home purchase — we’re so glad to have you here and can’t wait to see the memories you’ll create.

I’m going with LUCKY all the way. Around here we believe you make your own destiny — with a little hustle, a lot of faith, and blessings from our Heavenly Father above. 🙏✨

But truth be told… the real “luck” in life comes from showing up, working hard, loving your people, and trusting God’s plan. The rest tends to fall right into place.
