Not all restoration companies are the same.
A lot of companies claim to be experts at everything because the more work they can take on, the more money they can make. That’s why doing your due diligence matters.
This poor lady thought she hired the right company to fix a shower leak. Instead, they made the problem worse.
Keep in mind, this entire bathroom is brand new. They started from scratch, and when they were finished, there was still a massive leak underneath the shower that made its way down to the first-floor ceiling.
Now the bathroom needs to be ripped apart and done all over again.
And the kicker? They refused to fix it.
Hopefully, with my inspection report and the evidence from tools like my infrared camera and moisture meter, there won’t be much left to dispute and they’ll step up and do the right thing for this homeowner. If not, I’ll be happy to share the name of this company, so you can avoid them too.
