8 years ago today I passed my Michigan Real Estate exam and started my career as an agent!
Being trusted to help people during such a pivotal time in their lives is just the coolest and your continued trust in me is what drives me to be the best agent I can! The snow is blowing here and starting to drift! Even though we got less accumulation than expected, now would be a good time to make sure drifting snow isn't piling up on your furnace vent, especially if your furnace vents on the north or west side of your house! Hello! I'm Lauren (Lo, to those that know me well) I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of MI since 2014. Previous to that I worked in the mortgage industry for 2 years, for now what is one of the largest in the country (shout out to all my UWM peeps!) While my home and heart is in the Armada area; I work in Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair and Lapeer counties.
Over the last 7 years I have had the honor of helping people sell, buy, and invest, all over the state either personally or through my network of other amazing KW agents; from Grand Rapids, to Charlevoix, and now even the UP!
I love what I do! Being trusted by my clients to help with what is the largest purchase/sell/investment they make is just really darn cool. Because it's always more than that, people don't just move, it's usually the result of a new job, a new couple putting down roots of their own, sometimes its the closing of a chapter for a retirement or God forbid, a death. It's all seasons of life I get to experience and help with for my clients.
My biggest downfall as an agent is keeping in touch with past clients. I never want to come off as spammy so keeping my clients on a reoccurring email is something I've never done. I'm still figuring out the best way to genuinely stay in contact with people so I don't get the question "are you still in real estate?" Because the answer to that, is and always will be "yes!" There isn't a better career out there for me!
I'm always here to answer questions! (There are few things I like talking about more.. maybe wine and dogs😅) and after nearly a decade in this industry, if I don't know the answer to your question, I know someone that does!
This past year has been my best in business thus far, all while being a full time mom, and I'm so excited to finish this year strong and can't wait to see what next year brings!!
