I met Terra Csotty - Real Producers publisher - a few years before I became a Realtor. I was the Marketing Director of a company that advertised in the publication and hosted events. Christmas Wish List for these buyers is achieved!! Three under contract this week.

What does "under contract mean"? It means a buyer has offered and a seller has agreed to the price and terms of a sale. The transaction takes about 30 days to run through title, the lender and buyer's due diligence period (inspection). If all goes well - we close the transaction and have happy buyers and sellers the first part of January!

A closing in Bloomfield Hills. This one is kind of like seeing your children off to college! I helped my clients buy this home 5 years in the height of the crazy buying frenzy (and we still got it under list then!) Now they are moving on - literally to a beautiful home in Shelby and saying good-bye to this one. This was one of my favorite homes - it has such good bones and such a warm, cozy feeling.

We hit some bumps along the way - it was not a smooth transaction, but all the parties worked properly to resolve every snag - even on closing day! It is the biggest compliment to have clients (who have become friends) ask me back for their next move! 🥰
