check out textured leather marble or leather granite. It’s unlike anything you’ve seen. It’s sooooo beautiful. Leathered marble. Not polished, not honed — leathered. The texture completely changes how the stone reads in a space: softer, warmer, special. Pure elegance. This is going straight into my client picks for 2026.

… become calm and happy - because your brain releases oxytocin - for example this cashmere sweater. Now they figured in studies the same thing happens in our brains, when we SEE 👀 soft texture. Seeing is enough. How cool is that? If you want to feel calm and happy in your home, I mean just go and sprinkle these cosy blankets, pillows and rugs all over … very intentional of course 😉🫶🏼 Need help? DM us, we‘d love to show you all the other fun things, your brain does, the second we walk into a space. If we know all these tricks, we can influence how we feel in a room.

Light a candle. Turn on every lamp in the house (2700K) never just the overheads. Crack a window for a few minutes before every showing. And I would never let a buyer walk into a silent, empty room.

Because buyers don’t decide with logic. They decide with their whole nervous system — in seconds, before they’ve said a word.

Smell hits first. It goes straight to the emotional brain, before sight, before thought.

Light tells the brain how to feel — soft and layered relaxes you, harsh and flat puts you on edge.

And a room that’s too quiet feels empty in a way buyers can’t explain. They just feel it.

None of this is decoration. It’s biology. Psychology. And it’s the difference between a buyer walking through — and a buyer seeing themselves living there.

Have you ever stood in a room… paint already dry… and thought “this isn’t it”?

I see it all the time. And it’s almost never the color itself. It’s the undertone underneath it. Your floor has a whisper — red, warm, or cool. Your walls need to whisper back the same thing. Mix the undertones and your brain feels the clash instantly — even when your eyes can’t explain why. That’s not you being “bad at decorating.” That’s just your nervous system doing exactly what it’s wired to do.

Same undertone family. Same conversation between floor and wall.

Suddenly the room stops fighting itself.

Go stand on your floor. Really look at it. Let it tell you what your walls are allowed to say.

Which room in your home has been quietly driving you nuts? Tell me below 👇 I promise, it’s fixable.

Same house. Different soul. 💕

Because sometimes you don’t need to change the room.
You just need to see what it could become.

The vision. The right pieces. Layers, texture, warmth — and suddenly, the whole house feels different.

That’s the magic of great staging:
We don’t just fill rooms.

And this beauty will soon hit the market.

Art makes the room. Let’s find yours.

Here’s what most people don’t realize: the brain reads an empty wall as unfinished business. It’s a small, constant signal that something’s missing — and it quietly undercuts how put-together the rest of the space feels, no matter how beautiful the furniture is.

The right piece resolves that tension. It gives the eye somewhere to land, which is what actually makes a room feel calm instead of just clean. And in the best case, it makes you smile every single day.

Every home needs a space for gathering the people who matter most, and a space that stays quietly behind the scenes. That is the elegance of a well designed kitchen. You get to host the magic, while the work stays hidden just steps away. Because the warmest hosts do not need everyone to see the work, they just want everyone to feel welcome.

Kinda chic to be a little late to this trend — but early to everything that actually matters. 😂❤️

… I never pick a rug that’s “just big enough.“ — go bigger. always.

your brain reads size as status. a rug that’s too small makes a room feel like it’s floating — nothing grounded, nothing anchored, furniture just sort of… hovering.

go bigger and suddenly the whole room feels intentional. calm. like it belongs.

that’s not a styling trick. that’s your nervous system telling you the room is safe.

so the next time you’re between two rug sizes — go bigger. every time.

Which room in your home has the “floating furniture” problem? 🫣
