Site Redevelopment Begins at Bruce Orchards.

Demolition of the former Emmet's Energy building has commenced, marking the beginning of site redevelopment at Bruce Orchards, a thoughtfully planned 23-acre mixed-use development that will bring new residential and commercial investment to the Van D**e Avenue corridor in Bruce Township.

Through our principal-led real estate investment platform, Forefront Capital, we acquired the 5.54-acre commercial parcel as a long-term investment. The parcel is already zoned C-2 Planned Shopping Center as part of the Township-approved Planned Unit Development, allowing for a broad range of retail, restaurant, office, medical, financial, and service-oriented commercial uses. We are currently evaluating opportunities with prospective purchasers, tenants, and build-to-suit users that align with the long-term vision for the corridor. The project remains in the early planning stages, and no site plans have been submitted to Bruce Township at this time.
