may is mental health awareness month 🌸🫶🏼

and this month felt like the perfect time to launch something that means a little more…

introducing the “i’m so happy you’re here” hoodie- created as a reminder that your presence matters, you matter, and none of us are meant to do life alone.

hoodies are $33 each, and proceeds will be donated to Compeer Rochester - an incredible local organization that supports mental wellness through the power of human connection and friendship-based mentoring right here in Rochester.

mental health conversations matter.
community matters.
feeling seen matters.

these hoodies will ONLY be available at our 6/6 walk at 9am 💜

so if you want to grab one, make sure you come join us! quantities are limited and they’ll be first come, first serve.

the fairport canal path, gorgeous weather, and a whole lot of really good company. thank you to everyone who came out this morning and made today feel so great

watching friendships form and seeing women continue to show up for themselves and each other will never ever get old to me 🥹

keep thinking about sunday morning… and honestly, I’m still riding that high

everything about the morning just felt easy in the best way 💜 being together, moving, slowing and down. it was one of those times where you look around and can feel how good it is to be there.

from the walk, to the stillness of the sound bath with , to watching everyone linger, talk, shop, and just enjoy being there… it meant so much to me

to every single person who showed up- thank you. truly. whether you came alone, brought a friend, or were stepping out of your comfort zone a little… I see you, and I’m so grateful you chose to be part of it.

and to the lululemon team (and !!) - thank you for trusting this community and helping bring such a thoughtful, feel-good experience to life 💜

this group… this energy… it’s why I started.
