Remax Results was voted BEST real estate agency! 🌟🏅

We might be a little biased, but we think we have a pretty great team in Rochester. Looks like the community agrees! REMAX Results was voted Best Real Estate Agency in the Best of the Best awards, with several of our agents named finalists for Best Real Estate Agent.

We’re proud of the people who make Results what it is, and it’s always fun to see that recognized by the community. Thanks to everyone who voted!

Tip Tuesday: Save Money and Stay Cozy 🤎

The Energy Information Administration found that televisions, computers and other electronics—as well as miscellaneous energy uses, make up 45.2% of residential energy consumption.

As the temps drop we tend to stay inside more watching holiday movies, cooking, and staying warm which means our electronics and appliances can work a little overtime this time of year🎄

A few easy ways to keep energy use (and your bill!) in check:
⚡️ Use power-saving mode on electronics
🔌 Unplug devices when you’re away (especially if leaving for multiple days)
📺 Turn off electronics when they’re not being used
💡 Use smart plugs or surge protectors to make powering down easy

SOLD before it ever hit the market 🏡✨

One of the many perks of being part of the Remax network is the ability to connect buyers and sellers behind the scenes which helped this one come together before we ever had to officially list!

This sale is extra special (and a little sad) because they're leaving us & MN for warmer weather down south🥹 So excited for them as they close this chapter and start their next adventure in Arizona! 🌵☀️
