It isn’t every transaction that you get to transform a main intersection. We recently represented the transactions of three redevelopments along Southwestern Blvd in Hamburg, NY. Myself and Caliber Commercial Brokerage represented both the Buyers and Sellers of these deals.

Located on the out-parcels of Lowe’s, are the new KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken and Jiffy L**e Live (under construction) stores. Coming soon, located adjacent to the out-parcels at the signalized intersection, will be a new WellNow Urgent Care. All three of these stores are ground up developments.

Big Box Retailers are hard to come by these days, which is why is was such an honor to help my Landlord client lease one of the largest Advance Auto Parts locations in New York State. The “Super Hub” store is 25,000 SF and will help increase parts availability and delivery frequency in the region. The new store is located on the endcap of the JOANN’s Plaza, along Transit Road in Williamsville, NY.
