Happy closing day 🎉
I met these two back in 2022 when I helped them sell their starter home and buy a house with the space they needed. Since then, they got married and welcomed an adorable baby. 🥰

They quickly realized babies take up a whole lot of space 😅 and needed an upgrade.

And so here we are, they’ve made it to their forever home. 🏡

Sometimes the stepping stones are better than leaps. Each home gave them a little more equity, a little more opportunity, and helped get them to the next one. It’s pretty cool to look back and see how each move played a part in getting them here.

Getting to be part of all those chapters has been one of my favorite parts of this job.

It isn’t often you get to witness the sellers, who spent 21 years raising their family and creating memories in their home, meet the new owners. There was something really special about seeing one chapter come to an end while another was just beginning.

The buyers happen to be dear friends of mine, and they truly are the sweetest couple. I couldn’t imagine a better family to fill this home with love, laughter, and memories for years to come. ❤️
