I also bring with me the knowledge and expertise of a part-time house flipper. I have replaced windows and siding; installed exterior stone; tiled and refinished wood floors; updated electrical; installed counters, sinks, toilets and so much more—a benefit to both buyers and sellers. I will not just show a home, I will go through it with a fine-toothed comb. All foreseeable concerns and issues will be addressed prior to listing a property for sale and/or submitting a purchase offer. Outside of real estate, I am also a licensed radiologic technologist with a further certification in computed tomography (CT). I have spent a large swath of my life in the medical field providing care for patients with imaging needs—patients often at their lowest and most vulnerable—who have relied on me to act with compassion, understanding, and honesty. All of which are qualities I have translated and leveraged to real estate to help me exceed my client’s expectations. The task of buying or selling a home can be both daunting and intimidating, but I will be here to support and guide you every step of the way. Although a lifelong resident of Rochester, NY, I have trouble staying in one place, and consider myself an avid traveler and adventurer. I have stood where pharaohs have stood in Egypt, trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu in Peru, and have even spent two and a half months traveling cross-country by motorcycle right here in the U.S.A. In doing so, I have gained a visceral understanding of how valuable time is—life should be lived not endured! That’s why I approach each transaction in a straightforward and methodical manner.
