Our company was originally created in response to a critical need for affordable housing for returning World War II veterans. Since that time, we have continually focused on providing clean, well maintained apartments and townhomes at very reasonable rates. We manage over 3,600 residential units throughout Rochester, Canandaigua and Syracuse. While our portfolio is large, our attention is focused. We manage quality apartments/townhomes.
