At APEX Apartments, we understand that the visa process can be stressful and unpredictable. That’s why we’ve introduced our new International Student Visa Lease Addendum!

✅ Sign your lease and secure your housing now.
✅ Lock in today’s rates before they increase.
✅ If your student visa is denied, you won’t be responsible for the full lease term.

With our Visa Addendum, residents who qualify and provide the required documentation can be released from their lease with:
• Proof of visa denial
• 30-day written notice
• A lease termination fee equal to one month’s rent
