Hey Facebook friends and family!
As we are all patiently waiting for Spring to make her grand entrance, I figure we do another post for my Seller's again tonight! If are considering selling your home, your top priority would be to get as much fixed in the home before inspections. Trust me this is the way to go, you are guaranteeing good offers with a smooth and easy closing. (granted there are no surprises and the buyer does not back out with cold feet). You may or may not know that we are still currently in a Sellers Market, meaning we have a lot of anxious and excited buyers!
