CONGRATULATIONS, to my 1st time homebuyer and Investor, on closing on his 1st Multi family property! Things certainly got rocky and bumpy towards the end, up until closing! But we were able to get it together and make it to the finish line, today! 🎊🏡🏁🏎️🙌🏾🙌🏾

We had a challenging time finding deals on market, due to competition, condition and low inventory. So I told my buyer I’ll see what I can find off-market, ended up finding a nice off market Multi family property, that was right with price and made sense, with some recent updates as well. We checked it out, loved what we saw, then, we put in our offer! No competitors! Was able to qualify for the ROC FamBoost grant, for $20K, city grant assisted with $12K, GRANTS covering all closing costs! 🕺🏾🕺🏾✅💰We also had a city inspection done! Newer mechanics, $20K credited to my buyer, for a new roof to be installed, with some repairs done as well and credit to repair a window, to satisfy my buyer. Ensuring, that all the big ticket items are covered and that my buyer is comfortable for years to come. 👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾
