With a heavy heart, No business owner wants to say these words but here we go. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am closing Ken's Home Inspection LLC after 3 long years or achieving my goal of opening my own business we are shutting down. I had the pleasure over the few years of working with great new home owners. Thank you for all the love and support for each and everyone of you. This isn't good bye is see you later.

Wow, I smelled burning rubber and while on my inspection I happened to see the char on the outlet. I touched it and it was red hot, so I ran ans shut the power off and removed the outlet.(of course triple checking the power was off to the outlet with multiple testers!!!) This is excatly how house fires start!!!! The outlet shorts out and doesn't trip the breaker to shut off, the outlet and wires keep getting out until it metls the rubber coating on the wires, the box and spreads into the wall. I'm glad I was able to catch this in enough time to save or of damage to my house.

Back to school, back to school. To prove to dad that I'm not a fool. I got my lunch packed up, my boots tied tight. I hope I don't get in a fight, ohhhhhhhh back to school. Back to school. That's right this back to school to sharpen up these home inspection skills and add some extra training to areas need as well as some new areas of of a home inspection. Do you have a pool in your back yard? Wondering if the wiring is up to par and correct, why pay big $$$ when I can inspect all the electrical asspect of your pool starting this year. Thank you for all that have reached out over the past year, and the who have received inspections. You are the real MVP's of Ken's Home Inspection LLC.

We have something to celebrate 🍾 today. It's out 1 year anniversary for Ken's Home Inspection!!! I want to thank everyone personally who has helped share all posts, and help me build this company over the past year, I couldn't of done it with out all you wonderful people. We have some big things planned for this year, some new testing will be available and Remer one thing we are always booking appointments for home inspections. Home Inspections aren't just for the purchase of your new home, we also can inspect you present Home or a home that is getting ready to go on the market. Here's to 1 year down and many more to go.
