What factors appraisers look for when selecting comparables
1. Appraisers use comparables to establish the value of a property.
2. Comparables are properties that are similar in size, location, and features to the property being appraised.
3. Appraisers select comparables by looking at a number of factors, including but not limited to:
-The size of the property
-The age of the property
-The condition of the property
-The type of property
-The features of the property
-The sale prices of similar properties
