If you missed the open house last weekend at my DeMotte listing, here is a quick video I took of the property! Very clean and beautiful! Two homes under contract yesterday and today 🙌 One being my listing and the other one I’m representing the buyer!

My seller has been patiently waiting on a buyer! It’s the cutest farmhouse and I’m super excited to get this one sold! 🫶🏻

My buyer in Rochester was on a time crunch due to selling his home. We placed multiple offers on other properties and would lose to another buyer every time. This one hit the market and we saw it immediately and submitted a full price offer and got the acceptance!

Closed on my listing today! Congratulations to my sellers on the sale of their home. We connected back in October and we looked at a few houses. They ultimately decided to build a house and it will be done by the end of the year!! I’m so excited for them and their New Chapter! April recap! STRESSFUL 😅

I had four deals set to close this month that were all hanging on by a THREAD. Everything that could have went wrong, did. Two of those deals was my seller who also needed to buy. The buyers agent on my listing was quite literally one of the worst agents I have ever encountered. She was a rude, miserable bully who made absolutely every step of this process horrific. I couldn’t even believe what was happening.

By the grace of God we got through it all and closed on both properties today 🙏 A huge thank you to my sellers who were absolutely amazing during this whole process and dealing with a crazy buyers agent. I feel terrible that this was their selling experience but unfortunately you never know who you’re dealing with on the other side and this was my first time working in that area. Bless the listing agent we were buying from who was great to work with. Listened to many of my rants on the phone and helped give some advice!

My third closing today was one that was supposed to close the first week of April, and was pushed back 3 weeks due to issues on the sellers side who were also purchasing a home. It got resolved and we were set to close today. On the way down, I received a text from the listing agent 30 minutes prior to closing that the sellers purchase fell through due to their financing getting denied at the very last minute 🙉 Luckily we still closed and they have a place to go!

My fourth buyer had to do a mutual release due to a non functioning septic and it wasn’t up to code. It was only 35 feet from the well and only 85 feet from the septic field. That agent was also fun and tried to keep us in contract 🫠

On a happier note, two new listings this month. One went under contract in the first 10 days! The other has had a TON of interest and showings. Only 2 under contract for May so far. April was insane with everything I had going on with these deals and my brain was fried. I didn’t have much energy for anything else 😪

Here’s to the month of May and hopefully a lot less issues!! 😂
