Finishing off October strong! This has been a whirlwind of a month and I am ecstatic for all of my buyers and sellers! ❤️ So many happy homeowners, and some transactions with quite a few bumps in the road but we are making our way through!
My Winamac listing is one I never even had the chance to share. It went under contract right away and I was able to represent the buyers as well! 🫶🏻 We were closed in under 10 days! Super excited for them to finish the home and see what it looks like once it’s completed!
My other two buyers were so patient and deserving of their homes.
One of them I have been helping since the end of January. We toured at least 50 properties. Her budget was REALLY hard to get and we were beat out so many times. We started to get really discouraged with the end of the year approaching but with the help of a family friend, we were able to find her something and get closed! 🙌
My third buyer worked sooo hard to get her finances in order and where they needed to be. We started the process in February and she was finally ready to buy in September. The first house we looked at was perfect 🥹 The seller and listing agent were both great to work with and everything aligned perfectly for my buyer.
I still have 2 closings left for the month, and got a few under contract already for November! 🙌 The market is still moving people. There are a lot of buyers and sellers looking for the perfect home! 🏡 I would love to be of assistance!
