🌸Had the best KEY 🔑 EXCHANGE yesterday at my sellers home! We had virtual buyers that allowed my seller to stay in the home for 60 days after closing. This allowed my sellers to find and buy a home after the closing. Yesterday was the first time Mrs. Buyer saw the house in person and was over joyed with it all! My sweet sellers added wonderful personal touches for the buyers and left them things like a grill, patio furniture, bar cart, etc! They had become friends during the occupancy period even though the buyers were in California! And the story goes on… 💕 So to say I love this job is just an understatement. ❤️ Not everyone gets to go to work and experience such JOY with their clients. 🏡

🔑 What’s a KEY EXCHANGE you ask? Many times when a buyer closes on the house they buy, they don’t get the keys at the closing table. A lot of sellers often need time to find a house once they have sold theirs, so they stay in their sold home for a set time period, agreed by the buyer and sellers. The buyer then receives the keys after closing on a predetermined key exchange date. This allows for a smooth transaction for all parties involved. 🎉 🎉🎉Congratulations to Sharon and Bob!
