A closer look at the details that make a primary suite feel complete.

This custom space pairs a statement tray ceiling and detailed wall molding with plenty of natural light, creating a bedroom that feels open while still having its own character.

Just steps away, the ensuite continues the clean design with a double vanity, freestanding soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and floor-to-ceiling tile.

Because when you’re building a home from the ground up, the primary suite can be designed as more than just a bedroom — it can be an entire space made around the way you live.

One builder. Three different ways to feel at home.

Whether you're drawn to the ease of ranch living, the space of a colonial, or the balance of a split ranch, the right home starts with a layout that works for the way you live.

Swipe through three LoChirco floor plans and find the one that feels most like you.

Before the finishes, there’s the work you don’t always see.

What started as an unfinished basement is taking shape one stage at a time — from framing and mechanicals to insulation and drywall.

There’s still more to come, but that’s part of the fun. Follow along as we take this basement from unused square footage to a completely finished extension of the home.

Final reveal coming soon.

A home designed to make an impression from every angle.

Soaring ceilings, a statement fireplace, an open-concept kitchen, and an abundance of natural light come together to create a home that feels just as good as it looks.

The difference is in what you do with the space.

What was once an open, underused area now has a clear purpose, a defined dining space that feels like it was always meant to be there.

That's the power of a well planned remodel: making your existing home work better for the way you live today.
