Don't forget! Seasonal parking requirements for the City of Rochester began today, November 1. Alternate side parking is required from 2am to 3pm every day, regardless of the weather forecast or if there is snow or ice on the road. Park on the EVEN side of the street on EVEN calendar dates; ODD side of the street on ODD calendar dates.
