Olmsted County is beginning its first comprehensive update to the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances in more than 40 years.

As part of the process, the County invites builders, engineers, planners, and others involved in land development to attend a kickoff stakeholder session tomorrow, August 3, from 12:30–1:30 p.m. at the Public Works Service Center.

This is an opportunity to share your perspective, discuss priorities, and help shape the future of development in Olmsted County.
