First closing of the year!! Congrats to my sellers and best of luck on the new adventure in Florida! The first conversation we had was 2 years ago and I was still pregnant with Charlie. The main objective was to not spend another winter in Rochester and to get to Florida. Well we made that happen and you closed on your new home today and are now new residents of the sunshine state☀️
