Happy closing day to these two wonderful sellers!!! We were able to list their home on a Monday, go active on Friday, and have an accepted offer that first weekend!! I couldn’t be more excited for you two on selling this wonderful home and on the purchase of your new home coming up!!

The first Annual Bowl, Strike, Charity was a great success!!!

I want to thank everyone who came out, bowled, donated, and had a great time for a great cause!!!

I want to specially thank Karen Mahaffy for helping run the whole event!! I also want to thank Reilly Chodnicki Samantha Evans Abigail Lang Kenzie Marie Lynn Zarate and my grandma Mary for working hard with 50/50 and raffle!!!

With all that being said, I had a goal of raising $4,000 for Kids first Locals Helping Locals and am super excited to announce that we raised a grand total of $4,631 for charity this year!!! I am so excited to see what this turns into and am even more pumped for next year!! I also need to take more photos next year!!🤣
