Quarry Ridge provides you convenient, access to vibrant downtown Rochester, as well as easy access to Highway 52; All while being nestled into a great residential neighborhood. Our community charges a monthly service fee of $8 and a monthly pest control fee of $3.

Spring is in full bloom, and we are excited to highlight the gardening efforts across our communities. Onsite gardens give residents and team members a place to grow their own food and connect with the local environment. Not sure how to best transition your home into warmer weather? Here's three easy tips:

With seasonal humidity on the rise, allowing plant soil to dry out (at least the top few inches) can help keep pests, like fungus gnats, away.

Take advantage of spring fresh air by opening the windows, and hold off on the AC until temperatures are right for it. Turning AC on too soon can actually damage your system if it's consistently below ~60°F.
