"Our overall experience with Rhata is exceptional, from beginning to end. She genuinely wants to do the best by her clients/customers. You are more than just a sale; she wants you to find homes that are exact fits for you and what you want/need. That was extremely important to us, particularly in this current market.
Rhata has excellent interpersonal skills and is a great negotiator; this makes her efficient in getting to the heart of what everyone wants, which saves all of valuable time.
We sold and bought our homes within 60 days and we got exactly what we wanted yet she did not rush us.
She is responsive and quick to action which is critical in this particular market. She is courteous and respectful, and handles sticky situations with tact. For example, we encounter realtors who were not quick to respond and she got answers for us without alienating them.
She puts our needs first yet she has good insights on what the other side wants/needs as well and is able to negotiate and compromise to where everyone is happy.
She is hardworking, persistent, smart, and savvy. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find it for you. This makes her very helpful and what homebuyer (especially if you're a first-time homebuyer) couldn't use a helpful realtor who will do her best to give you want you want?
She is knowledgeable and has full understanding of homes, home products, and loans for what you need OR she will research and help you find what you need/want.
