On Testimonial Tuesday I want to thank Eric for his kind words. When I met Eric in 2017 he was getting divorced. We took this opportunity to pick a new place for his family to heal & make new memories. We found a beautiful home in Redford that just needed some love but the potential was there.
They moved in & got to work. I sent holiday cards, dropped pies for Thanksgiving & hoped his family was well.

It wasn't until 2021 that Eric reached out & said, "Hey, I know I never really thanked you for all the pies but do you think you can help me sell my house?" I was like that's ALL the thanks I needed!!!🥰
Remember, we were in a pandemic world still & inventory was low but we set out & found his new home. The ither agent needed us to list & sell his current home post haste. We got to work, got it listed, had almost a 100 showings in a weekend & had MANY, MANY offers to choose from. We accepted an over ask offer but still had to get to close on both houses & do some work in the new home before he could move in with the kids.
Everything went mostly according to plan but even when there were hiccups we worked together & kept his goals in mind.

Eric has a beautiful victorian home now that was part of the Underground Railroad. I'm excited to see what he brings back to life & how he blends old school charm & modern amenities.

This is why I do what I do. Seeing him work on these homes & watching his kids grow up has been amazing!🏡🗝

Good news! There is, come a little closer, I’ll pass along a few of my best-kept secrets (usually reserved exclusively for clients!).⁣

Price it right. Setting the right price for your home is the single most important decision you'll make when you decide to sell. Don’t worry—I can help get it right from day 1!⁣

Keep your cards close. So far as you can help it, don’t spill to buyers why you’re selling. If they sense you need to sell quickly, it could affect their offer.⁣

Storage speaks. Buyers LOVE LOVE LOVE storage. Do whatever it takes to put your home’s closets & storage nooks on full display—even if it means clearing ‘em out.⁣

Enhance the entry. You use it as a place to unload your wallet, keys, mail, or loose change....when you’re selling, swap out the gadgets for a vase of fresh-cut flowers or a thriving houseplant.⁣

Clean is everything. Clean, clean, & then clean some more! Remember, you'll be up against a few BRAND NEW homes at your price point. Don’t miss top dollar for lack of a little elbow grease.⁣
