Man… these last few weeks have been a whirlwind.
Multiple closings.
So many phone calls.
A few stressful moments.
A lot of celebrating.
One house had 27 showings and 10 offers.
One deal closed in basically two weeks (that’s a win in itself)
One first time home buyer was so excited at closing it reminded me why I love doing this job in the first place.
And one sweet family finally got into the area and school district they had been hoping for after searching for a long time.
I feel like people see the “SOLD” posts and think real estate is just pretty pictures and handing over keys, but behind every transaction is constant communication, problem solving, strategy, late night texts, emotional support, and honestly just trying to help people feel grounded during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
And if you’re an agent reading this… you already know.
I think one of the biggest things buyers need right now is someone they can actually trust to communicate well, move quickly when needed, explain things clearly, and know how to navigate the hard parts when they come up. Because they always come up.
Anyway… I’m grateful, excited, and probably running on good vibes at this point. But seriously so thankful for every client trusting me. I’m so excited for all of you and your next chapter!
