This is one of our FAVORITE Rent-To-Own success stories. ❤️🏡

A few years ago, Jenn and I bought this beautiful house in West Irondequoit, NY.

And like we do with almost all of our properties, instead of just renting it out, we offered it Rent-To-Own.

That’s when we met Veronica Rodriguez, Roxanna and their awesome daughter.

They were looking for an opportunity to move into a home they loved, make it their own, and work toward buying it.

And these ladies were ROCK STARS.

They made this house absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

We’ve been friends on Facebook for years now, so Jenn and I have gotten to watch their whole journey.

They bought the house. 🏡❤️

Renters → homeowners.

This is why I’ve loved Rent-To-Own for so many years.

These ladies got an amazing property and a great deal.

When real estate is done right, EVERYONE should win.
