With two kitchens and two master bedroom suites, this is an ideal location for family reunions or multi-family vacations, including the family dog(s). There’s even a kennel to ensure that Fido will have plenty of his

own space. Songbird Haven is known for its spectacular valley and mountain views, private walking paths and direct river access. In warm weather, meander down the river to a hidden swimming hole, mountain bike along the rural roads, hike one of the many Green Mountain trails, and stargaze the dark skies at night (telescope provided). Fall asleep lulled by the soothing sound of the babbling creek. In the winter, cross country ski, snowshoe or snow mobile from your front door or drive ~ 30 minutes to ski Killington, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen or Middlebury Snow Bowl. Come back to relax by the fire with a good book while enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine/whiskey. To experience small town Vermont at its best, drive 5 minutes into Rochester which features an organic coffee shop and bakery, quaint café with soda fountain, a rustic pub, and gourmet bistro restaurant.
