Some people make everything they touch a little better. ✨

That’s Brittany.❤️

She’s our Director of Operations, but that title doesn’t even begin to cover what she means to our team.

She’s an incredible leader. A mom. A wife. A keeper of our culture. The person thinking 10 steps ahead while somehow still noticing the little things that make someone feel special.

She’s always thinking about our people, how we can grow, what we can do better, and how we can make whatever we’re building more meaningful and more beautiful than we found it.

She encourages us. Challenges us. Takes care of us. Laughs at all of our jokes 😆 and brings so much joy into the room.

Her brain truly never turns off (we’ve tried 😂), and so much of what happens behind the scenes at The Friend Team is better because Brittany is there thinking about it before the rest of us even realize it needs to be thought about.

On Friday, the Friend Team couples squared off for our first-ever Friend Team Olympics! Sack races, co****le, bocce ball and then some. Let’s just say, the competitive sides definitely came out. 😂

The amount of laughter was unreal, the rivalries were questionable, and the memories were the best part.
