At E&M, we are educated and EXPERIENCED professionals that offer: plumbing, landscaping, Pressure washing, drywalling, framing, minor electrical, flooring, painting/Staining, and trim. Water heater installations, water leak repairs, and unclogging drains. Landscaping- Includes: lawn matinance, tree removal, grooming of shrubs and trees, planting, Patios, hardscapes, and all landscape designes. (in

cluding pressure washing)

Drywalling- Includes: Removal of old drywall, removal of lathe and plaster, hang new drywall, finishing, and painting and caulking. Framing-Includes: sheds, arched breezways, decks, swing sets, picket fencing, and garages. (any other additions wanted)

Electrical- Includes: Plugs, switches, cieling fans, interior and exterior lighting, television wall mount installation, and circuit breaker installation. Flooring-Includes: ceramic tile, hardwood, laminant, etc. Painting/Staining-Includes: Decks, porches, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Trim- Includes: window frames, door frames, and crown molding, Base boards, etc. Many other services are offered upon request. We understand that everyones needs are specific to thier personal situation, and try to adapt to be accomidating. Weather it be deadlines, budgets, or family, we will try to work with everyone with in reason. Our work is oustanding. We take the time to prep and protect your property to the fullest extent. At the end of the day you will see progress and not a mess. Here is a project I came in after another contractor bailed on.after endless hours of clean in his mess and sanding his 2 inches of mud on his seams this is what I came up with.I did end up doing trim around the breezeway and crown moldings and baseboards but seemed to have lost the pics
