What’s going on? A lot…
I know I haven’t checked in with you in a while so, I wanted to drop by and let you know about some updates, changes, and events going on for you.By now I’m sure you know that we closed Franklin Title August 2021 and joined forces with Devon Title. It’s been an absolute blessing for all involved.
1. As you know, tomorrow is Title Order Tuesday so, if you have a deal that needs title ordered you’ll have to wait until tomorrow lol and don’t forget that we close anywhere - anytime in the world with RON remote online Notarization closings.
2. Tomorrow is also MREM Lunch by the bay with William Gay, Realtor Motivational Coach at Little Camille’s Downtown New Baltimore 11:30 (12) - 1pm
3. Thursday is MREM lunch in the Shores at Shores Inn with again, William Gay, same time.
4. October 21st is the 2nd MREM Clay Shoot. Hunters Creek Club in Metamora, MI. 10 am registration and safety meeting. 10:30 am shooting starts - 1pm buffet lunch and drinks. 50 clays in the sporting course, ammo, lunch and drinks all included. $125 per person. Open to everyone and yes, you can bring guests. Email [email protected] for the link.
5. We are working on a boat outing event and golf simulator event coming up real soon at my marina, MacRay in Harrison Twp as well so stay tuned for that. My wife, Kristin is working on that as we speak.
6. Don’t worry, you don’t have to use my title company to attend these events lol
7. We have staffed up for the season and ready to handle anything you throw at us. Most title companies are understaffed but, Devon’s policy has always been that it’s better to over staffed than understaffed so we’re ready as always!!!
8. If you have the time, let’s meet up for lunch or coffee or happy hour and see how we can work together - please, let me know your availability. Networking is the key to success.
9. MREM with William Gay is also meeting on the 21st at Hamlin Pub Rochester and Tienken roads for lunch, the 22nd in Downtown Birmingham at the Birmingham Pub 555 Old Woodward, and the 28th at 5th Tavern Clarkston.
10. I will be out of the office this Wednesday for a medical procedure. I will not bore you with the details but, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers especially my family, Mason, Phoenix, Yoshi the cat, and my beautiful bride.
