Soooo, 9 months ago I spoke to the sweetest couple in Los Angeles who wanted to move to Rochester. We looked, we found, they bought, and closed in early November.

Due to medical issues, they soon found out they could not move right away. So for the past 3 1/2 months, I have been watching the house, collecting the mail, meeting the neighbors to keep an eye out, hooking up Greenlight, changing the locks and thermostat, etc.

Last night they finally arrived after flight changes and delays. It was 10pm on a crazy day and no place i would have rather been. Brought them to get settled in, had it all set up with air mattresses, furniture and food, because their stuff does not get here by truck for another week.
