𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 was honored to host the 𝘕𝘠𝘚 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘈𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 in Henrietta last week.

Our team showcased how this community serves 150 residents aged 55 and older, including 45 units reserved for those who need 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴. We are also encouraged by the recent 𝗡𝗬𝗦 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁, which increased the state’s low-income housing tax credit program from $15 million to $30 million through 2029.

This investment is a vital step toward creating more opportunities for 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 across the Finger Lakes region and beyond. Click the link to learn more.

Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd., in partnership with the 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, is proud to introduce Rochester Roots, a 15-home affordable homeownership initiative coming to the City of Rochester’s JOSANA neighborhood.

Rochester Roots will deliver 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗳𝗼𝗿-𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 to income-qualified families, offering a meaningful pathway to homeownership in a neighborhood we believe in.

Construction continues at Rochester's Cornerstone Group, Ltd. business park, the Rochester International Commerce Center adjacent to the airport.

The building, located at 400 International Blvd., is owned by Cargo Transit and Extreme Logistics.

Completion of the building being constructed by LeFrois Builders is slated for later this year.

Adam spent many years in public accounting, serving a number of quality companies as their accountant, including Cornerstone, and most recently served in a financial and development role for a large not-for-profit organization based in Buffalo. His primary responsibility will be to direct the real estate development operations within the organization.

Construction has officially commenced at Eastwood Heights in Syracuse, NY. We are excited to begin building a project that will have a meaningful and lasting impact on the community.

After overcoming several challenges, Rochester's Cornerstone Group, through a partnership with Syracuse Housing Authority, has reached a major milestone in turning its vision into reality.

This rehabilitation effort will preserve 49 affordable senior apartments and add four additional units, helping to preserve and expand the supply of much-needed housing in the City of Syracuse.
