Long overdue…but for good reason!

We sold their home and bought a lake house…but it wasn’t simple!

• Hawaii buyer bought Metamora home
• Metamora home bought their home
• My beautiful clients bought a lake house
• Lake house contingent on owner finding a condo

A 5 part contingency of dominos!

It takes skill and professionalism from all parties to get interconnected deals like this to the closing table.

And I had some great agents on all sides.

But my favorite part? My clients surprised their kids…they didn’t tell them until they drove there after closing. It was the best.
