Lauren’s Journey in Real Estate

Lauren Boutin is a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams Premier Realty in Rochester, MN.

As a Rochester native for over 20 years and Mankato resident for 6 years, her knowledge of the local geography can assist you with all of your residential real estate endeavors. Lauren has prided herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her client's best interests. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate and friendly partner to ease the stress of buying and selling.

Lauren became a solo agent in 2019 when she rejoined Keller Williams. In the last two years, she has closed nearly 50 homes across Southern Minnesota, with over ten million dollars of volume sold! Prior, she was an agent with True Real Estate in Mankato, MN. When Lauren first started her real estate career in 2016, she was a Licensed Transaction Coordinator for Keller Williams Realty in Minneapolis, MN. During this time, she oversaw nearly 1,000 transactions and assisted bringing them to a successful close.

Before getting into the real estate business, Lauren worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, and obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Communication Studies and Art from Minnesota State University, Mankato. You can find Lauren spending her free time designing and remodeling homes! She and her husband sold their second complete rebuild renovation project in 2019.
