How do you win in a competitive market without losing your mind?
You stay positive, you keep showing up, and sometimes… you have to step a little outside your comfort zone.
We saw at least 35 homes over just a few weekends. We wrote multiple offers. Faced the ups and downs that come with this kind of market. And through it all, we kept moving forward.
What’s funny is, I used to work with one of my buyers, and she always thought I was the positive one. But little did she know… it was her positivity that kept me going through some of the tougher moments in this journey. That kind of mindset makes all the difference.
When things weren’t working, we didn’t give up. We adjusted. We changed our strategy, used a cash guarantee instead of a more traditional mortgage, and the very next offer we wrote… we won.
