September is one of my favorite months in Rochester. The weather is perfect for getting outside, and some of the best festivals, markets, and community events of the year are happening across the Greater Rochester area.

From strolling the Public Market and exploring local parks to checking out neighborhood festivals, farmers’ markets, and fall activities, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the season. Putting this guide together reminded me just how much I love fall activities!

One of my favorite things about August in Rochester is that it feels like the city is quietly squeezing in one last big summer hurrah before everyone heads back into their routines.

From waterfront festivals to neighborhood markets, food trucks, live music, and everything in between, there is always something happening around Rochester and the surrounding areas. I love using this time of year to get out, try something new, and support the local spots that make our community feel so special.

OFFER ACCEPTED 🏡✨

These first-time buyers have been searching for a few months, writing offers, staying patient, and waiting for the right house to come along. The second they walked into this one, they felt at home.

When we saw the price reduction, we knew we had to move quickly. We finished the showing, wrote the offer right away, went to bed hoping for good news, and had an accepted offer less about 15 hours later. 🙌

What makes this even more meaningful is that this is the third member of the same family I’ve helped buy a home in this neighborhood with an accepted offer in less than two months. That kind of trust is something I’ll never take for granted.

My business is built entirely on referrals, and honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of this job. There’s something really special about helping the friends and family of past clients. It makes every late night, every strategy call, and every anxious hour waiting for a response on an offer feel worth it.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with the people they love. It truly means the world. ❤️
