Exciting news for North Rock Hospitality!

We're excited to share the recent acquisition of the Hyatt House Rochester Mayo Clinic Area, further expanding our hospitality portfolio in downtown Rochester.

This 172-room hotel represents another investment in Rochester's continued growth and reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for visitors, patients, and families traveling to our community.

We're grateful to everyone involved in making this acquisition a success and look forward to this property's next chapter.

Rochester-based North Rock Hospitality Group paid $16.2 million for the 172-room Hyatt House hotel at 110 Civic Center Drive NW on June 24. North Rock also owns three other Rochester hotels.

We're excited to share that earlier this month, North Rock Real Estate, in partnership with a group of investors, acquired Rochester Crossings in Rochester.
Having previously provided property management services for the former ownership, we're proud to continue managing this outstanding retail center under its new ownership. Maintaining continuity for tenants while building on the property's long-term success is something we value greatly.

North Rock Real Estate and a group of investors paid $8.98 million to buy the Rochester Crossings commercial center at 3780 Marketplace Drive NW, on June 11. The 10-unit complex is anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill and Panera Bread.
