Transformation Tuesday 🧽✨

Some cleaning jobs are definitely more challenging than others—and this shower was one of them.

What looks like a simple before-and-after takes a lot of time, elbow grease, attention to detail, and experience to get these kinds of results. Our cleaning team tackles the tough jobs every day, and we’re pretty lucky to have people who know exactly what it takes to bring a space back to its best.

A big thank you to our cleaning staff for the hard work you put in behind the scenes! These transformations are a great reminder that there’s a lot of skill (and a whole lot of scrubbing) that goes into getting a property ready for its next resident. 💪🧼

Spotlighting Carlye today — thoughtful, organized, and intentional in the way she supports our residents. She brings a calm, steady presence to the team and is always focused on making the rental process feel a little easier for the people she works with.

In her staff spotlight reel, you’ll learn she loves unwinding with her Siamese cats, Thing One & Thing Two, keeps her life running through Google Keep, and will never say no to Cookies & Cream ice cream (by the way, might I recommend Cookie Monster flavor from Flapdoodles for the cookies & cream fans?). She also has a soft spot for Little Thistle Brewing — one of her favorite local spots for its great atmosphere and family‑friendly vibe.

🎉 A DOUBLE WORKIVERSARY CELEBRATION! 🎉

Apparently, August 21 is a pretty good day to join Infinity Management.

⭐ Jill — 9 years!

Our Chief Operating Officer, keeper of approximately 47 moving parts at any given moment, and a personality who simply cannot be replicated. Jill has played a huge role in shaping the fun, chaotic, occasionally unexpected culture that makes Infinity…well, Infinity. She brings energy, humor, strong opinions (😂), and a whole lot of personality to everything she does.

And while we can't prove it, we're fairly certain starting Vicki on the exact same day was Jill's first lesson in learning that she occasionally has to share the spotlight.

⭐ Vicki — 3 years!

Vicki has one of the most challenging jobs in the building—maintenance coordination is not exactly known for being predictable or peaceful. And yet, somehow, she handles the daily curveballs with a calmness we can only admire.

She also happens to be one of the reasons there's so often laughter coming from the back offices. The ability to roll with the punches, find the humor in the chaos, and keep things moving is a pretty valuable skill around here—and Vicki has it in spades.

Nine years. Three years. Two very different roles. Two very different personalities. And we're lucky to have both of them.

Happy Workiversary, Jill & Vicki! 🥳 Here's to many more years of keeping things interesting!

🎉 Happy 1-Year Workiversary, Emma! 🎉

It’s hard to believe Emma has been part of the Infinity team for a whole year already! It honestly feels like she’s been here much longer—in the best possible way. She fit seamlessly into the team from the start and has quickly become someone we can always count on.

Emma works incredibly hard, takes pride in what she does, and is genuinely committed to being excellent at her job. She’s dependable, thoughtful, and always willing to put in the effort to get things done right.

We’re very glad Emma joined our team a year ago and even happier to have her as part of the Infinity crew. Happy 1-year workiversary, Emma! We’re lucky to have you! ❤️

Budgets, invoices, dues, reserves, monthly reporting...there's a lot more to HOA finances than collecting dues and paying bills. And unfortunately, the numbers don't exactly keep themselves organized. Believe me, plenty have tried. 😬

Our association management team helps boards stay on top of the financial side of their communities throughout the year—not just when budget season rolls around.

Keeping financial information organized and accessible helps boards make informed decisions, plan ahead, and have a clearer picture of where their association stands.

It's not necessarily the most exciting part of running an HOA, but having good financial information when you need it can make a big difference.
