We’re always willing to celebrate a random holiday around here, but National Donut Day might actually be one of the best ones: fried dough covered in sugar. Hard to argue with that.

Megan joined us right in the middle of our busiest season and has handled it like she’s always been part of the team from day one. She brings a lot of energy to the day-to-day, along with a great sense of humor and a willingness to laugh along with the occasional ridiculousness that comes with this job.

We really appreciate how quickly she’s jumped in and how seamlessly she’s taken things on during such a hectic stretch. She’s been a great addition to the team.

From the routine tasks to the complicated situations, from the funny stories to the moments that make you question all your life choices, she handles it all with professionalism, patience, and a sense of humor that serves her well in this industry.

We honestly couldn't count all the hats Nicole wears around here — and we're not sure she could either.

As we continue to have more listings available online, we are unfortunately seeing an increase in rental scams using stolen photos and property information. We wanted to help bring awareness to this issue and prevent anyone from losing money to these schemes.

Common red flags include:
• Listings posted at an unrealistically low price
• “Owners” or “landlords” who are unable to show the property because they are out of the country, on vacation, or unavailable
• Requests to send money urgently or through Cash App, Venmo, wire transfer, or similar payment methods

If you come across a listing that seems too good to be true and are unsure whether it is legitimate, please contact us directly before sending any money.
