❄️ I have something unpopular to say.

Winter is coming.

There. I said it.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of this deeply unwelcome reminder, but the leaves are changing, pumpkin spice is everywhere, and Minnesota is quietly preparing to do Minnesota things.

The good news?

You could be settled into this beautiful Boulder Ridge townhome before the snow flies. And when it does? You can stay warm inside by the fireplace while someone else handles the snow removal.

No shoveling. No snowblower. No wondering if your back can survive one more heavy snowfall.

Just another day in property management. 🐸

One of our cleaners arrived at a property recently and discovered that the window well had apparently become the hottest new amphibian hangout in town.

Ten frogs. 😂

Rather than leaving them to figure out how to escape on their own, she relocated them to a nearby creek and then took the extra step of re-securing the egress window covers to hopefully prevent the next frog convention from forming.

Is frog relocation technically in the job description?

No.

Did she do it anyway?

Absolutely.

Because sometimes property management is maintenance, cleaning, inspections and owner communication... and sometimes it's apparently wildlife rescue. 🐸😂

Our team deals with a lot of unexpected things behind the scenes—and we're pretty grateful for the people who are willing to just roll with it. We tip our hats to you, Shannon!

☀️ Happy 1-Year Workiversary, Carlye! ☀️

It is honestly hard to believe that Carlye has only been with us for ONE year! In that time, she went from being our front desk admin extraordinaire to stepping into the Property Manager role about six months ago. It has been a pretty big learning curve, but Carlye has tackled it head-on — asking questions, learning as she goes, and continuing to grow into the role every day.

Carlye is organized, thoughtful, curious, and always willing to ask the questions that need to be asked. She has taken on a lot in her first year, and we’re really proud of how much she has grown along the way.

And, of course, she showed us what sunshine tastes like — because apparently that is a thing, and it comes in a LaCroix can. ☀️😂

Happy 1-year anniversary, Carlye! We’re so glad you’re part of the Infinity team and can’t wait to see what year two brings! 💚
