It could not have been a more beautiful day to take a drive out to Ontario County for business… windows down , sunroof open, hair blowing, leaves rustling in the air…Just don’t get too close to the challengers side-view mirror… ha! 🤭 I didn’t realize it was customized there until a month or more after I got her. Pure icing on the cake 🤣 Today I mostly just enjoyed the ride , views and properties but I did find a little drive through coffee shop off County Road 10 in Canandaigua. It’s called Coffee Cures Everything (isn’t that the truth some days haha) .. they serve Fingerlakes Coffee Roasters (Jamaican me crazy!) .. it’s cute.. efficient.. simple.. cost effective and good. Lots to love!

So I just finished watching the second season of Emily in Paris .. I loved it so much and it dawned on me that I discover A LOT of cool places with all the miles I put on for Real Estate and Property Management. And so… welcome to 💁‍♀️ 🤣Not quite as cool of a hashtag as Emily in Paris and I’ll have to work on some fun outfits but I can do that haha. 💃 A lot of times when I talk to clients they have no idea about little places I stumble upon that exist in their own area of residence. Might as well have some fun with this and share. Today’s post worthy place is a coffee shop found while trying to find a different kind of coffee shop in Batavia 😜 242 Elliott St in Batavia, NY 14020. A locally owned and operated small business that is 100% vegan, plant-based and dairy free (gluten-free and nut-free options available). The cafe is absolutely adorable! I didn’t have time to enjoy the ambience so got hummus with veggies and an iced coffee to go - all delicious! But you can bet next time I’m going to get into one of their carrot 🥕 dogs with some mac salad!

A HUGE congratulations to my cousin Brittany who closed on her 1st home today!!!!! Beyond being so proud of her for having worked so hard to purchase her first home at just 24 years old (wow!) - she is working the front lines right now often on COVID-19 designated floors to keep us all safe!! 🙏🏼 I am so sad I couldn’t be with her at the final walk through or closing but someday we will have one heck of a celebration for this accomplishment. 🥳 Brittany, you are amazing and THANK YOU!!!!
