🚨 Beetlejuice 2 NOW in development 😱🎬

After Tim Burton confirmed the news in a recent interview, saying that;

“Beetlejuice 2 is a go and has been approved by the Warner Bros. team, we have talked with the cast members we wanted for the film and they are all on board, this includes both Winona and Michael. We have the script in hand everything is in place all we need to do now is get ready to start filming.”

Fans of Beetlejuice are ecstatic over sequel rumours, as it appears that Johnny Depp will join the cast for the film’s premiere, which is set for 2025. The rumors started at the end of the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard.

Michael Keaton, repeating his role as Beetlejuice, and Winona Ryder, portraying her renowned character Lydia Deetz, are rumoured to be joining Depp’s cast. Tim Burton is also said to be resuming his role as director.

Waiting patiently for an appraisal. Why is it important for a listing agent to attend appraisal?

1. Provide a face to your name. Greet the appraiser and show them your invested in your listing .

2. Provide your comps! I always give the appraiser the comparable properties I used to price the listing. It shows them you did your work and your reasoning on the list price. Comps used must have be in sold status when home was listed.

3. Make sure the appraiser showed up and came inside ( unless it’s a drive by appraisal) . It also provides comfort to the seller to know you were there .
