🏡 The July 2026 Piedmont Regional Housing Market Update is here!
Across York, Lancaster and Chester Counties, July brought increased closed sales and more homes available for buyers, while market conditions continue moving toward a healthier balance.
📈 A few highlights:
• 675 homes closed — up 10.4% from July 2025
• 2,123 homes were available for sale — up 9.5%
• Pending sales increased 2.5% year-over-year
• The region ended July with approximately 3.8 months of inventory
