Maintenance Technician:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
Resident inspections
Cleanliness and appeal of the property
Completing work orders
Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
Assist with Property Turn

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required, with 2+ years preferred
HVAC certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for long periods of time;
Ability to use hands and fingers;
Ability to speak, see, and hear;
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull;
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds;
Ability to walk and climb stairs;
Ability to think, concentrate, and communicate;
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
