The Tuttle Company is hiring for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Broker. At The Tuttle Company, our Commercial Real Estate Brokers help expand our property portfolio by working alongside Senior Brokers on property identification, assessment, and negotiation efforts. This role is ideal for a driven, entry-level professional ready to build a career in commercial real estate.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Market Research & Analysis: Research commercial real estate trends, analyze rental rates and vacancy data, and create reports for brokers and clients.

• Client Relations & Networking: Build client relationships through regular communication, attend industry events to expand network, and assist brokers with client inquiries and property tours.

• Transaction Support & Deal Coordination: Assist Senior Brokers in all transaction stages, coordinate with legal and property teams, and keep detailed records of client interactions and listings.

• Professional Development: Participate in training, learn industry best practices, and seek mentorship to enhance skills in negotiation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Related Field
• Valid South Carolina Real Estate License

PREFERRED:
• 1 – 2 Years Commercial Real Estate Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Familiar with Real Estate Platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, and Moody’s)
