I met Mao about a month ago. He was looking for a home over the Summer & he wasn't having any luck!

He thought about waiting until the interest rates went down. I told him the time was NOW 😜

We came up with a game plan & used my strategic strategies to negotiate him a great deal! He even got a check at the closing table!
