We are Growing! Effective this past June, Troy Reeves took over the management of the Rock Hill branch of Reeves Property Management and Reeves Realty. He has done an outstanding job and handles all day to day operations as VP Operations and Sales for the Rock Hill branch of the firm. He and his brother Matt, who leads the upstate sales and property management operations for Reeves, will assume joint ownership of the company effective 1/1/25. Matt will continue to lead the company as President and CEO. Steve and Marti Reeves, founders of Reeves Realty and Reeves Property Management in 2008 have stepped back into different supporting roles with the company. Marti has retired. Meghann Reeves Troy’s wife has assumed the role of Office Manager for the firm, supported by Vivian Reeves Administrative Assistant for the firm, and Steve is working on special projects and will remain an active listing and selling broker and Broker in Charge of both companies for now.
