Smith (Bill), the namesake of WHS, vision for building his surveying company was simple. By offering the most accurate, thorough services available; clients would return to WHS for that same level of professionalism and quality job after job. Bill was right. As the torch has been handed down over the decades since our founding, so has Bill’s business model for success. Building upon former owner John Dolinar Sr.’s expansion of WHS’ service offerings into new markets, current owners William and Anastasia Dolinar pledge to carry the torch even further by raising the bar on quality, accuracy, and thoroughness in the surveying industry.
